I feel very lucky. Not only are we in Kona for a while, it is also Valentine’s Day, I am with my sweetie, and I am a total cheese queen. I am unapologetically theme-y; I love to dress up for Holidays, cook stuff for foreign observances (what’s up, Orangemen’s Day) so I’m sure today will be filled with lovey show tunes and old timey poems (I’ve already made 2 playlists!)

 

 

Some might say today is a “Hallmark Holiday”, and I do agree… but I also say it’s a great reminder to appreciate the special people in your life (cat, wife, mailman, yourself), oh and eat chocolate all day. After all, who doesn’t like being treated?

 

Today I will do my best to treat my sweet Husman, and think of those I love. Have fun & embrace the day… it’s good for your Heart, whoever you are.
